At WatchCollectors.co.uk, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury timepiece, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all online purchases provided the watch remains in its original, unworn condition. Please note that for security and insurance purposes, all returns must be authorized by our team before being dispatched back to our London showroom.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone within 14 days of receipt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, including all warranty cards, manuals, and extra links, then pack it into a sturdy outer shipping box to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable, fully insured courier service to the address provided in your authorization email; please ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our master watchmakers will inspect the timepiece for authenticity and condition, after which your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
